We have experience in a variety of sectors:

• Health Care/Insurance - We've worked with health insurance companies and Medicaid to develop intranet sites, produce newsletters, create direct mail and manage manuals. We have a strong understanding of the industry, it's terminology and regulations. Recently we have worked to bring organizations into compliance with HIPAA Privacy legislation by developing awareness materials, writing policies, procedures and privacy notices.

• Finance - Our work in this industry includes producing electronic newsletters, intranet sites, procurement documentation and business letters. We've worked closely with human resources departments to launch internal initiatives such as diversity campaigns and training recruitment.

• Government - We regularly work with consultants who perform assessments, gap analyses, risk remediation and independent verification and validation. Our experience compiling, editing and managing complex documents brings knowledge of government processes to a project.

• Non Profits - From working with a number of Richmond-based non profits, we've come to understand the special concerns and audience considerations for philanthropic organizations. Our experience includes web development, grant writing, direct mail creation and newsletter production.

• Training/Education - Our experience in this field includes work in both corporate training and assessment and post secondary education. We've conducted application and web development, database design, search engine optimization and curriculum development and delivery,
