Mentoring Program
Adopt-A-School is part of a national effort sponsored by the National
Interfraternity Conference. Volunteer to tutor a child once a week at
Clark Springs Elementary and A.V. Norrell Elementary Schools.

Elegba Folklore
Society
Elegba is a not-for-profit organization in Richmond, Virginia dedicated to
providing cultural arts and educational classes and events that offer a
deeper understanding of the African American culture. A very groovy site
with great color usage. Somewhat slow to load.
Emergency Shelter, Inc.
Emergency Shelter, Inc. ( ESI ) provides shelter and programs for men
women and children by assisting individuals and families who are in a
short-term homeless crisis due to eviction, relocation, unemployment,
health problems and domestic disputes. ESI also provides long-term
transitional help for selected high-risk men, women and children.

ReStore - Habitat For
Humanity
ReStore (operated by Richmond Metro Habitat for Humanity) offers
mostly new, but sometimes used home improvement, L&G, and building
materials at greatly reduced prices (50% - 90% LESS than normal
prices for the same items. Items donated by manufacturer to support
Habitat. All proceeds build Habitat Houses.
